Our aim is to provide you with the best shipping choices, regardless of your location. We ship to numerous customers worldwide on a daily basis and are committed to delivering top-notch services.
We automatically calculate the real-time shipping cost of all orders based on the country/region the order is shipped to (different countries/regions have different shipping costs, and different weights also have different shipping costs), so transacting with real-time shipping fees is the fairest, and you will get the most cost-effective goods,
Due to logistical constraints, we're currently only able to serve specific regions such as Most of Europe, Japan, Saudi Arabia, United States, United Kingdom, and more. The following countries and regions are available for delivery.

The order delivery time consists of two segments:
Processing time: 1 to 3 working days.
Delivery time: 10 to 20 working days.
(Note: We don't ship orders on weekends.)
(Note: If PostNL ships your package, the tracking information will not be updated before the flight is ready. This may take 3-10 days. If DHL or DPD ships your package, the tracking information will not be updated until the package arrives in Europe and has completely cleared customs. This may take 7-15 days.)
(Note: We recommend waiting 10 days after receiving the shipping notification email before following up on the tracking information.)
The order will be processed within 1 to 3 days, and the package transportation will take approximately 10 to 20 working days. Vapes are regulated commodities in most areas, and the logistics generally take a long time. If you have not received the package within 30 days, please contact us in time. Hope you understand.
(October to February of the following year is the peak season for logistics, and it is close to the Christmas and New Year holidays. The logistics time will be significantly longer in these months, and the package delivery time may be extended to 25-40 days. I hope you understand.)
Starting from the second day of order processing, you usually receive a tracking number. This means that your package has been handed over to the logistics carrier. From then on, we will not be able to modify the package address, nor can we cancel the delivery or withdraw it.
Once the package is shipped, we'll send the tracking information to your email. You can monitor the shipping progress on this website using the tracking number:

You can cancel your order or modify the delivery address at any time before we send the package to the logistics carrier. However, we will not be able to cancel the order or modify the address once the product is shipped.
If the package cannot be delivered or the delivery fails due to an inaccurate address, we may not be able to provide a refund. Hope you understand.
