  • Shipped Orders: Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot modify or cancel the order. You may exercise your statutory cooling-off period right in accordance with our [Return & Refund Policy].
  • For wholesale orders, modification and cancellation terms will be confirmed individually in our wholesale cooperation agreement.
