2.2 Shipping Cost Calculation

- Customs & Clearance: We use certified logistics carriers with professional vape product clearance experience to handle all export declaration procedures. Final clearance decisions are made by the local customs authority. If your package is seized due to local regulatory restrictions on vape products, we will provide a free reshipment to an alternative compliant address or a full refund.
3. Order Management
3.1 Order Modification & Cancellation
