1. Shipping Coverage

We ship retail orders to the following countries and regions exclusively through certified cross-border logistics partners with legal vape product transportation qualifications. Due to global regulatory and logistics restrictions on vape products, we do not offer retail shipping to areas outside this list.

2. Shipping Cost Rules

We partner with official certified logistics carriers including PostNL, China Post, UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx, DPD, and dedicated cross-border vape shipping lines. We will automatically select the optimal compliant shipping method based on your destination, order value, and package weight.

Standard Shipping & Free Shipping Rules

  • The product prices listed on our website include standard shipping costs. Shipping to most countries is fully covered within the standard shipping cost, including the United States, Japan, South Korea, Germany, and most EU countries.
  • For countries/regions with shipping costs exceeding the standard rate (including Saudi Arabia, Norway, Switzerland, and Denmark), additional shipping fees will apply. The system will calculate and display the exact shipping cost at checkout in real time, based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

For large wholesale orders, please contact our sales team at wholesale@sfogbar.com. Our team will confirm shipping costs, delivery timeframes and terms individually based on your order quantity, product specifications and destination.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Total delivery time = Order Processing Time + Transit Shipping Time.
 
All timeframes are calculated in business days (UTC+8, excluding weekends and public holidays in the origin country). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will enter the processing queue on the next business day.

Order Processing 1–3 Business Days We complete order verification, age check, packing, and handover to the logistics carrier within this timeframe. For wholesale orders, processing time will be confirmed separately by our sales team.
Standard Shipping 10–20 Business Days Estimated transit time after dispatch, applicable to most supported regions.
Statutory Maximum Delivery Time 30 Calendar Days The mandatory maximum delivery period for cross-border orders under EU/UK consumer protection laws. If your order is not delivered within this timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund or free reshipment.

Special Timeframe Disclaimers

  • Peak Season Delays: During high-demand periods (October to February annually, including Christmas and New Year holidays), transit time may extend to 25–40 business days due to increased logistics pressure and customs backlogs. The statutory 30-calendar-day maximum delivery guarantee still applies.
  • Force Majeure Delays: Estimated delivery times exclude delays caused by customs inspections, clearance issues, flight cancellations, logistics strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable force majeure events. We will notify you promptly of such events and assist with resolution. If the delay exceeds 30 calendar days, you retain the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
  • Regulatory Delays: Vape products are regulated commodities in most regions. Customs checks or regulatory reviews may extend delivery times, and we will provide real-time progress updates to you.

Late & Undelivered Order Handling

If you do not receive your package within 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date, or within the statutory 30-calendar-day maximum delivery time, please contact our customer support team immediately at 782988668@qq.com. We will complete logistics verification within 3 business days, and provide you with the following solutions of your choice:
  • Free reshipment of the identical product;
  • Full refund of the order amount;
  • Alternative product of equal value.

Failed Delivery Handling

If the carrier attempts delivery 2+ times without success (due to your unavailability, incorrect/ incomplete shipping address, or refusal to accept the package), the package will be returned to the origin warehouse.
  • You will be responsible for all return shipping fees and any associated customs charges.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned package, we will process a refund for the product value minus the incurred shipping and handling fees.
  • We can assist with re-delivery, but additional shipping fees will apply.

4. Order Modification & Cancellation

  • Unshipped Orders: You may modify your order (shipping address, recipient details, product specifications) or cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the order is dispatched. Please contact our support team at support@sfogbar.com with your order number.
  • Shipped Orders: Once the order has been handed over to the carrier and dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address or order details. You still retain the right to exercise your statutory cooling-off period right under our [Return & Refund Policy].
  • Return Shipping Rules: For eligible returns under our [Return & Refund Policy], you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong product shipped, defective product). We will provide the official return address and return instructions via our support team.
  • Address Error Liability: If the package is returned, lost, or seized due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping information provided by you, you shall be responsible for all resulting losses, including shipping costs, return fees, customs charges, and product loss.

5. Customs, Clearance & Tax Liability

  • Clearance Support: Our certified freight forwarders will handle all export customs declaration formalities for your order, and provide full assistance with the import clearance process. We only work with logistics carriers that hold legal cross-border vape product transportation qualifications to minimize clearance risks.
  • Clearance Disclaimer: We do not guarantee 100% successful customs clearance, as vape product import regulations vary by jurisdiction, and the final clearance decision is made solely by the local customs authority.
  • Tax & Duty Liability: All import tariffs, VAT, consumption tax, customs clearance fees, and other related charges incurred in the destination country shall be [select one and fill in: borne by us / borne by the customer]. We will clearly inform you of any additional fees before you complete the payment, in compliance with global consumer protection laws.
  • Customs Seizure Handling: If your package is seized by customs due to local regulatory restrictions on vape products, we will provide you with a free reshipment to an alternative compliant address, or a full refund of the order amount, within 5 business days of receiving official seizure confirmation from the carrier.

6. Package Receipt & Loss Liability

  • Signature Rules: Our carriers will attempt door-to-door delivery. A signature may be required upon receipt, and delivery to a property manager, reception desk, or authorized pickup point will be deemed valid delivery.
  • Package Loss Liability: If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier during transit, we will arrange a free reshipment or full refund for you within 3 business days of loss confirmation, with no additional cost to you.
  • Damaged Package Handling: If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, please take clear photos of the unopened package and the damaged product, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will handle the after-sales claim in accordance with our [Return & Refund Policy].

7. Package Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send the tracking number and carrier details to your registered email address within 2 business days after order processing is completed.
