Return & Refund Policy

At sfogbar, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are a fully compliant e-cigarette manufacturer holding official national production certifications, dedicated to offering premium, rigorously tested and reliable vape products to adult customers worldwide.
 
This policy outlines our official return, refund and after-sales rules to ensure a transparent, fair and seamless shopping experience. It applies to all orders placed on sfogbar. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reached the legal purchasing age for tobacco/vape products in your jurisdiction, and you agree to all terms below. Please read this policy carefully before submitting any after-sales request.

1. Statutory Cooling-off Period & Unconditional Return Rules

To fully comply with mandatory consumer protection laws in the EU, UK and other applicable jurisdictions:
  • You have a 14-calendar-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order. During this period, you may cancel your order and apply for an unconditional return and full refund, without giving any reason.
    1. The products must be unopened, unused, in their original sealed packaging, remain in the same condition as delivered, and be fully eligible for hygienic resale;
    2. You must submit a formal cancellation request to our customer support team within the 14-calendar-day window;
    3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs for unconditional cooling-off period returns.To qualify for an unconditional return under the cooling-off period, you must meet all of the following requirements:
Important Return Reminder: You must confirm with your chosen logistics carrier that they have valid customs clearance capability and door-to-door delivery service to our designated return address (available via customer support). Once we receive and inspect your returned package, and confirm it meets all resale conditions above, we will process your full refund within 2 working days.
 
We reserve the right to decline your return and refund request, and you shall be liable for all resulting losses, under the following circumstances:
  • The returned package is detained by customs, or we fail to receive the returned goods;
  • The received products are opened, used, damaged, or no longer in their original sealed packaging;
  • The products do not meet the cooling-off period return conditions set out in this policy.

2. Defective Product Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

We enforce strict full-process quality control to minimize product defect rates. If you receive a faulty or defective product, we offer free replacement or full refund services, subject to the terms below:
  • Eligibility: You must submit your request within 30 calendar days of product delivery. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.
  • Verification: You must provide your full order number, delivery details, and clear, unaltered photos or video footage that fully demonstrate the product manufacturing defect. Edited, incomplete or insufficient proof will not be processed.
  • Resolution: Once our team verifies the product defect, you may choose either a free brand-new replacement, or a full refund of the product value. We will cover all shipping costs for verified defective product returns and replacements.
  • If the requested replacement product is out of stock or discontinued, we will automatically process a full refund for you, unless you choose an alternative product of equal value.

3. Order Cancellation & Shipping Rules

  • Unshipped Orders: You may cancel your order and apply for a full refund at any time before shipment. We will process your refund within 24 working hours upon receiving your cancellation request.
  • Shipped International Orders: In accordance with cross-border vape product customs and export regulations, we cannot directly accept unsolicited returned parcels for shipped international orders. You still retain the full right to exercise your cooling-off period entitlement or file a defective product claim. Our customer support team will guide you through the compliant return, refund or replacement process in accordance with local mandatory laws.

4. How to Submit an After-sales Request

If you need to apply for a return, refund or replacement, please contact our dedicated customer support team via email at 782988668@qq.com, and provide the following information:
  1. Your full order number and valid contact details;
  2. A detailed description of your request and related issues;
  3. Clear, unaltered photos or video footage for verification (only required for defective product claims).
Our after-sales team will review your submission and respond to you within 24 working hours (UTC+8, excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your request is verified and approved, we will guide you through the subsequent steps immediately.

5. Exclusions & Ineligible Requests

We reserve the right to reject any return, refund or replacement request under the following circumstances:
  • Product damage caused by improper use, accidental dropping, physical breakage, unauthorized disassembly, modification or tampering by the customer;
  • Defects or malfunctions caused by non-compliant charging equipment, improper storage, or use in violation of the product’s official user instructions;
  • Requests submitted beyond the applicable time limits set out in this policy;
  • Opened, used or damaged products without verified manufacturing defects;
  • Requests for non-quality-related reasons (e.g. change of mind, incorrect product selection by the customer) that do not meet the cooling-off period return conditions;
  • Requests submitted by users who cannot confirm they are the legal order purchaser, or cannot prove they have reached the legal purchasing age in their jurisdiction.

6. Refund Details & Timeframe

  • All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method you used for the order. We cannot process refunds to alternative payment methods or third-party accounts.
  • For cooling-off period returns: Refunds will be initiated within 2 working days after we receive and inspect the returned products.
  • For defective product refunds: Refunds will be initiated within 3 working days after the defect is verified.
  • The exact time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider, typically within 5-10 business days.

7. Data Protection

All personal information you provide for after-sales requests (including order details, contact information and verification materials) will only be used for after-sales review and resolution. We strictly comply with the EU GDPR and applicable data protection laws, and will never disclose your personal information to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Policy Updates & Governing Law

  • We reserve the right to update, amend or modify this policy at any time to comply with changes in laws, regulations or operational needs. Any updates will be posted on this page, and will take effect immediately upon posting. We recommend that you review this policy regularly before placing an order.
  • This policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law rules. For customers in the EU, UK or other jurisdictions, this policy is subject to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your local jurisdiction.
  • If any term of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable under local law, the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid term will be replaced by a valid and enforceable term that best matches the original intent of the clause.
