Shipping Policy:

At SFOG Online Store, We automatically calculate the real-time shipping cost for all orders based on the country the order is shipped to. Different countries have different shipping costs, and different weights also have different shipping costs, so it is fairest to calculate the shipping cost in real time, and you will get more cost-effective goods.
We understand the importance of timely delivery. Our shipping process is divided into two key segments:

Processing Time: Once you place your order, our dedicated team will process it within 1-3 working days . During this time, we carefully prepare your order for shipment.

Delivery time: After processing, your order will be handed over to the courier for delivery. Normal transportation time is about 10-20 working days, please pay attention to your package to reach you. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. (October to February every year is the peak season for logistics, and it is close to the Christmas and New Year holidays. Therefore, the logistics time in these months will be significantly extended, and the package delivery time may be extended to 25-35 days. I hope you understand.)

We managed to deliver a package to a customer in the UK in just 5 working days, It may take up to 35 days to deliver the parcel to some countries or regions. Hope you can understand.
